Lyn’s March Favorites 2018

Hi everyone, it’s Lyn here! It has been a crazy couple of months so I am very excited to be able to share with you some of the products that I have been loving!

Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara $24

I saw Kathleen Lights talk about this in a favorites video so of course I had to try it. I am constantly on the hunt for my holy grail mascara so I will pretty much try anything. I had been in a serious mascara rut recently. Even my old favorites had been disappointing me so I was excited to try something different. From the first time I used this, I was so impressed. Two coats and my lashes look super long and defined which is the look that I personally like. One of the other things that really appealed to me about this product is that it is a tube formula so it is so easy to remove. This has become my go to mascara and I am definitely interested in trying out more products from this brand.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Makeup Wipes $9.90

These were sent to us in a PR package and I was so excited because I am obsessed with the Bioderma Cleansing Water. I also love makeup wipes because they are so convenient when traveling. I have to say that I have really been enjoying these. They do a great job of removing my makeup and do not leave my skin feeling dry or with a weird film like some other wipes that I have tried. I’m not sure that these will completely replace my Koh Gen Do wipes but they are definitely a great option that is much more affordable.

Alterna Caviar Anti Aging Perfect Iron Spray $30

I recently finished up my bottle of Bumble and Bumble Primer Spray and I was interested in trying out something else. I had seen some other bloggers talk about this product and since I am a big fan of their conditioner I decided to give it a shot. One of the things that I really like about it is that it is a little bit sticky so I feel like it helps my super straight hair hold onto a curl a bit better. I also really enjoy the smell and that the ends of my hair do not look too fried after curling it. I’m not sure how long this bottle will last and it is a bit on the pricey side but I will definitely continue to use it.

ABH Amrezy Highlight $28

So I haven’t actually played around with this a ton but I was so darn impressed with it that I had to include it in the list. I am normally a little scared of gold-ish highlighters because my skin is so fair but this one is insanely gorgeous. It is not glittery at all and gives the perfect sheen to the skin. I also love how easily it blends so that you do not get that powdery looking line on your face. This will definitely be a highlighter that I will reach for a lot especially going into summer.

Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon $80

We also received this product in a PR package which was very exciting because I have always wanted to try out some of their products. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks but I have already noticed a difference in my skin. I am absolutely obsessed with the lavender smell. This product feels like a lightweight gel but in the morning my skin feels so hydrated. I have also noticed that a lot of my redness has really calmed down which is such a problem for me. I am also very happy with the way that this product works with my Luna Sleeping Oil and Good Genes which are holy grail skin products for me. Overall I am so impressed with this night cream and I really want to try out more products from this brand.

Thank you so much for reading along. I hope you found some new favorite products this month too!
